I want you to feel confident and prepared before your session. This page answers the most common questions about booking, payments, what to wear, choosing a location, turnaround time, and what to expect during your shoot.

FAQ
How many photos come with an hour session?
I typically produce anywhere between 80-150+ high-quality photos for every hour of your session. Each image is carefully selected and edited to capture your best moments.
Do you limit the photos sent in the gallery?
Nope! You receive all the best images from our session, delivered in both vibrant color and classic black & white. Your personalized online gallery comes with unlimited downloads, making it super easy to share your memories with friends and family.
What is your photography style?
I specialize in natural light lifestyle photography. This means I focus on capturing genuine, candid moments and real emotions in beautiful, natural settings. My goal is to tell your unique story authentically, creating images that feel true to you.
I still offer studio sessions though and have several that I use regularly in the Dallas / Fort Worth area :)
Where do you typically shoot sessions?
I love shooting in various beautiful outdoor locations across the DFW Metroplex, including parks, open fields, and urban areas that offer great natural light. For those who prefer a controlled environment, studio sessions are also an option! I don't own a studio, so we would rent one from my list of preferred DFW locations, and this additional cost will depend on the studio chosen. Typically, the cost is $60-85/hr. This cost will be added to the overall package cost :) We'll discuss all location options during your consultation!
What if the weather is bad on our session day?
No worries at all! If we encounter bad weather like heavy rain, strong winds, or extreme temperatures, I'll happily reschedule your session to the next available date that works for both of us. Your comfort and the quality of your photos are my top priorities.
How do I book a session with you?
For full length sessions / weddings, email me the date, time, location and package that you want to go with to get booked! For mini sessions, you can find these under the 'bookings' tab. Select the date and time you want and my system will automatically send everything needed your way! Do you require a deposit to book?
Yes, a non-refundable retainer (typically 25-50% of the session fee, depending on the package) is required at the time of booking to secure your date. The remaining balance is due the day before your scheduled session date. This will be clearly outlined in your chosen package details.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, I do! If your session is scheduled far enough in advance, I'm happy to set up a payment plan for you. I can break the total payment into 2, 3, or even 4 installments if you book 1-3 months ahead. The full payment is due the day before your scheduled session. I'm willing to work with you to make your dream photos a reality! My payment system also accepts Afterpay, Klarna and Affirm :)
What forms of payment do you accept?
I accept major credit/debit cards, bank transfers, Apple Pay, Google Pay, After Pay, Klarna and Affirm securely through my online booking system. You will receive the online invoice after contacting me for booking!
Do you travel for sessions?
Absolutely, I love to travel! While I'm currently based in Fort Worth, I'm originally from East Texas (Longview area) and still visit family there often. I also used to live in Sherman! I know many fantastic locations in these areas, as well as surrounding towns. I'm always excited to explore new places too, so don't hesitate to reach out with your vision! We can discuss any applicable travel fees during your consultation.
What should we wear for our session?
To help you plan your perfect look, I have a curated Pinterest board dedicated to styling tips and color combinations that photograph beautifully and complement each other. This board is linked on my website under the 'Locations' page, or I'm happy to send it directly to you! The most important thing is to choose outfits that make you feel comfortable and confident! How long until we receive our photos?
30-minute sessions: 3-4 business days
1-hour sessions: 4-6 business days
90+ minute sessions: 6-8 business days
Weddings: 2-5 weeks
You'll receive a notification as soon as your personalized online gallery is ready!
Can we order prints or albums through you?
While your gallery provides high-resolution digital files for unlimited downloads and printing wherever you choose, I do offer professional print and album ordering services directly through your gallery. This ensures the highest quality prints of your cherished images.
